The oaks arching over Lake Carroll Way and the streets off Casey Road put down a genuinely impressive volume of leaves, catkins and small branches, and homes here often have low-pitch mid-century rooflines that hold debris rather than shedding it.

Florida has no single autumn leaf drop followed by five quiet months; live oaks, laurel oaks and slash pines shed across most of the year. If your roof sits under mature canopy, like most of Lutz, Odessa, Carrollwood and Seminole Heights, twice a year is the minimum rather than the ideal. Homes with genuinely open lots can often stretch to once a year, and we will tell you if yours is one of them instead of quoting you for a second visit you do not need.
