Bert's Gutter Cleaning is a small, locally owned operation serving homeowners across Tampa Bay. You talk to the person who does the work, and that person is the one accountable for it.
Gutter cleaning is one of those jobs that everyone in Florida needs and almost nobody wants to think about until water is running down the side of the house. It is also a job where a lot of homeowners get let down — the crew that does not show, the person who blows debris into the flower beds and leaves, the quote that changes once the ladder is up against the second story.
Bert's Gutter Cleaning exists because that gap was worth filling. The idea was straightforward: do the whole job, do it carefully, charge a fair price, clean up completely, and show the customer what was actually up there. No franchise overhead, no call center, no rotating cast of subcontractors.
Today we clean gutters for homeowners from Odessa and Lutz down through Tampa, Brandon and Riverview, and across the bay into Clearwater, St Pete, Palm Harbor and Oldsmar. Most of our work comes from repeat customers and the neighbors they tell, which is exactly how a local service business should grow.
The manatee on our logo is not an accident either. It is a Tampa Bay animal that spends its life quietly clearing things out of the water. We liked the parallel.

Ladder standoffs so weight never rests on your gutter, three points of contact, and no working a roof in the rain or high wind. If conditions are not safe we reschedule — that is not negotiable, and it is why we have never damaged a roofline.
A leaf blower on a gutter run moves debris around and pushes it into the downspout. We clear by hand into a bucket, then flush with water to prove the system drains. It takes longer. It is the only way to actually finish the job.
Drop cloths under the ladder, careful footing around irrigation heads and landscape lighting, shoe covers before stepping onto a lanai. Your house is not a jobsite.
You should not have to take our word for what was up there. Photos before, photos after, and a note about anything we saw that needs watching — loose hangers, a separated seam, granule loss on the shingles.
The number we give you on the phone is the number on the invoice. No trip charge, no second-story surcharge invented after the ladder is already up, no upsell to a product you did not ask about.
