Who we are

Bert's Gutter Cleaning is a residential gutter cleaning company serving Tampa, FL and the surrounding Tampa Bay area. You can reach us at (267) 317-0494 or bertsguttercleaning@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you send us. There are two places on this site where that can happen.

• The estimate form on our contact page. It asks for your name, phone number, email address, service address or neighborhood, the number of stories on your home, and whatever details you choose to add. Submissions are delivered to us by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider, and we receive them by email.
• The online booking page. Scheduling runs on Calendly, embedded in the page. What you enter there — name, email, phone and any answers to the scheduling questions — goes to Calendly and to us. Calendly handles that data under its own privacy policy, not ours.
• If you call, text or email us directly, we have whatever is in that message and your phone number or email address.

What we do with it

We use your information to quote your job, schedule it, do the work, send you the before-and-after photos and follow up about your property. That is the whole list.

• We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it.
• We do not share it with marketing companies or lead brokers.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.
• We share it only with the service providers that make the site and the business work — our hosting provider, our scheduling provider, and our payment processor when you pay us — and only to the extent they need it.

Photographs of your property

Every job we do gets photographed so you can see the work. Those photos are yours: we send them to you and we keep a copy for our own records. We do not publish a photograph of your home, your roofline or your address on this website, in an advertisement or on social media unless you have told us we can.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising cookies, does not run an analytics script and does not carry a tracking pixel. The booking page embeds Calendly in a frame, and Calendly may set its own cookies inside that frame — if you would rather it did not, use the link on that page to open Calendly in a separate tab instead, or call us and we will book it for you over the phone.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and job records are kept as long as we need them for our own business and tax records. If you would like us to delete what we hold about you, email us and we will, except for anything we are required to keep.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your quote, your appointment window and your photos. Those are messages about the job you asked us about. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you and call instead.

Children

This site is for homeowners arranging a service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Your choices

Email us at bertsguttercleaning@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond in a reasonable time and we will not make you jump through hoops.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles information — adding analytics, for example — we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
